What Participants Are Saying

Frequently Asked Questions

BTG Continuing Education Programs are open to qualified mental health and behavioral health professionals, educators, students, and other professionals whose roles are relevant to the course topic. Participants are responsible for determining whether the course meets the continuing education requirements of their applicable licensing or credentialing board.

There are no refunds. If you are unable to attend the course that you registered and paid for, please email info@btgcounselinged.com. Your registration will be transferred to a future CE offering.

If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by BTG or the presenter, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and will have the following options:

  • Transfer their registration to the rescheduled offering of the same course at no additional cost.
  • Transfer their registration to another eligible continuing education course.
  • Request a full refund of the registration fee.

Participants must attend the full CE components to receive continuing education credit. Attendance will be verified by using methods designated by BTG Counseling and Educational Services. Certificates of completion will be issued only after all attendance and completion requirements have been met. This is inclusive of completing a course evaluation.

If you require accommodations, please contact us at info@btgcounselinged.com prior to the start of the course so reasonable accommodations can be arranged. Requests may be made during registration or by contacting us at least 7 days before the course.

We are committed to addressing participant concerns fairly and promptly. Participants may submit complaints or disputes regarding a CE program in writing to BTG by emailing info@btgcounselinged.com. The concern will be reviewed and a response will be provided within 10 days. BTG will take reasonable steps to resolve the concern.

Sessions will not be recorded.

Participants are responsible for having reliable internet access and the technology necessary to participate in virtual CE programs, including a compatible device with audio capacity. We will provide reasonable technical assistance for issues within our control; however, technology interruptions that prevent attendance or participation from being verified may affect eligibility for CE credit.
